An introduction to continuous quality image
Talk Description

Shifting left, is no longer enough.
In fact, it never has been as it often focused solely on testing and not all the quality enablers.

This is where the concept of continuous quality comes in, but what is it really?

In his talk, Stu Day will describe his continuous quality journey (which started back in 2020), what it really is and how to start on your own journey to achieving it.

By the end of this session, you'll be able to:

  • Be able to describe what Quality is
  • Understand what a Culture of Quality is and how to build one
  • Understand what Continuous Quality is and what the quality enablers are
  • Learn about the 6 Qs of quality and how to apply them to support continuous quality
  • How to measure progress
